General Description
HTSF-5G3155Lx/HTSF-5G5531Lx transceivers provide a unique enhanced digital diagnostic monitoring interface, which allows real-time access to device operating parameters such as transceiver temperature, laser bias current, transmitted optical power, and received optical power and transceiver supply voltage. It also defines a sophisticated system of alarm and warning flags, which alerts end-users when particular operating parameters are outside of a factory set normal range.
The SFP+ MSA defines a 256-byte memory map in EEPROM that is accessible over a 2-wire serial interface at the 8 bit address 1010000X (A0h). The digital diagnostic monitoring interface makes use of the 8 bit address 1010001X (A2h), so the originally defined serial ID memory map remains unchanged.

FAQ
1. Question: Just making sure, I can plug an LC fiber connector into these correct?
Answer: Yep, these are LC. Make sure you are using MMF, not SMF for the -SR part number.
2. Question: If i wanted to connect a brocade to a netgear using a sfp+ module, if i mixed the brocade and netgear transceivers, they should work right?
Answer: As long as both devices recognize the SFP+ modules installed, i.e. sending/receiving light, then connectivity will work between the two using Ethernet standards.
3. Question: Will this works with single mode or multi-mode or both?
Answer: 10GBase-SR is multimode, and the 850nm wavelength confirms that. The equivalent single-mode would be something like 10GBase-LR, and would have a wavelength (normally) of 1310nm.
4. Question: Do you ship internationally?
