Application of large square head optical fiber jumper

The large square head optical fiber jumper can be generally applied to GPON / EPON / GBIC / Madi / x2 / xenpak optical module, optical testing equipment, optical fiber sensor, optical fiber transmission equipment, etc.; it is suitable for data center, machine room, optical fiber communication system, telecommunication network, local area network and other environments.

Selection guide of large square fiber jumper

According to the requirements of transmission distance, single-mode large square fiber jumper is selected for long-distance transmission, and multi-mode large square fiber jumper is selected for short-distance transmission;

According to the requirements of wiring environment, PVC large square fiber jumper can be selected in small computer room environment, LSZH large square fiber jumper can be selected in flammable area or building, and ofnp large square fiber jumper should be selected in large data center or public place.

Precautions for use of large square head optical fiber jumper

1. The optical modules connected at both ends of the large square fiber jumper must be used correctly. First, the wavelength of the optical modules at both ends must be the same. Second, the short wave optical module needs to use multi-mode large square fiber jumper, and the long wave optical module needs to use single-mode large square fiber jumper;

2. Do not over bend the large square fiber jumper in use to avoid increasing the attenuation in optical transmission;

3. the use of large square optical fiber before too long need to be cleaned with alcohol or absorbent cotton.

4. In order to avoid the influence of dust or oil pollution on the end surface on optical fiber coupling, it is necessary to wear dust cap in time after disassembling the large square head optical fiber jumper;

5. Do not look directly at the end face of optical fiber when transmitting laser signal to avoid eye injury.
