According to the design code for electronic computer room in China, IDC machine room is divided into one star, two stars, three stars, four stars, five stars and red gold five stars. The higher the star level is, the higher the overall software and hardware service level of the machine room is. The evaluation criteria are mainly considered from the aspects of room selection, building structure, room environment, safety management and quality requirements of power supply.
1. One star, two stars (scoring rate must be above 90%)
From the following 10 aspects should have the requirements: IDC industry machine room layout, public information symbol graphics; Power supply equipment, refrigeration equipment, facility equipment maintenance, service language, IDC machine room hardware facilities, optical fiber, commitment to provide 24×7 network connection monitoring; Monitor the running status of 24×7 main engine; 24×7 system management and technical support services; 24×7 customer service hotline; 24×7 constant temperature and humidity environment; Double high voltage power supply, backup diesel generator; Independent UPS uninterruptible power supply and emergency first time response and support; The highly sensitive smoke detection system and the firefighting system composed of FM200 and other 10 aspects to specify the conditions that should have.
2. Three-star rating (scoring rate must be above 92%)
In addition to the above 10 aspects, the improvement of the computer management system, management system, computer room equipment, IDC facilities and other content requirements; In addition, 73 items (21 items in comprehensive category, 20 items in feature category, 16 items in feature category 2, and 16 items in feature category 3) are selected, and the three-star IDC machine room is required to have at least 10 items.
3. Four-star (scoring rate up to 95%)
On the basis of three stars, the author added two essential examination contents of IDC machine room internal and external decoration and high quality monitoring system, and put forward higher requirements in other parts. At least 26 of the 73 choices are required.
4. Five-star (scoring rate: 95%)
It is basically the same as the four-star content in terms of large items, but the content is richer in connotation, higher in scale, more service items and more detailed specifications. At least 33 of the 73 choices are required.
5. Five-star red gold (scoring rate up to 95%)
On the basis of five stars, the following requirements must be met:
(1) More than two years of five-star IDC machine room qualification.
(2) It is located in the central business district or prosperous area of the city, with extremely convenient transportation.
(3) Distinct architectural themes and unique exterior shapes contribute to the establishment of the destination image of the location.
(4) The internal functional layout and decoration can be combined with the historical, cultural and natural environment of the place to properly express and highlight its theme atmosphere.
(5) In addition to the reception center and the entrance, IDC room overall atmosphere is extremely large scale.
(6) All kinds of facilities and equipment are fully equipped with first-class quality; there is an automatic control system of temperature and humidity in the main area of IDC machine room.
(7) There is a special service area for the executive floor with reasonable location, complete functions, elegant taste and ornate decoration, providing 24-hour butler service for the executive floor at least.
At least five of the following:
(1) The average IDC machine room area is no less than 500m2.
(2) There is reasonable layout, standard decoration, elegant style, in line with international standards of Internet service standards, can provide VIP and professional customer operation room.
(3) Independent enclosed functional layout with reasonable location, elegant decoration and rich atmosphere.
(4) The net height shall not be less than 5m.
(5) International recognition is very high, average revenue of each available IDC room is ranked the top of the five-star IDC room in the location for three consecutive years.
(6) There are spectacular scale, unique concept, scientific layout, elegant decoration, outstanding special supporting facilities.
