With the growth of high bandwidth demand in data center, high speed becomes the trend of data center cabling system. 1、 Stable and durable

The ferrule design of MTP connector reduces the possibility of signal instability to a certain extent and improves the durability.

MTP connector conforms to Telcordia standard (original Bellcore standard). It has been used in different environments for more than ten years and solved the problem of carrying multi fiber with small capacity. For example, the LC duplex connection in the 1U chassis can hold 144 fibers, while the MTP can hold 864 fibers, which is nearly six times of the former.

3、 Time saving and high deployment efficiency

If 144 optical fibers are to be terminated and detected, it may take a day for the network installation personnel, but by using the MTP connector, the time for 12 or 24 optical fibers with tool clasps will be greatly shortened. If you use the pre installed plug and play cable, the whole installation process will be more time-saving, and the later maintenance cost will be lower.

4、 Prepare for network upgrade

MTP wiring can be used for direct connection of 40G-40G, 100G-100G, 200G-200G and 400G-400G, as well as upgrade and uplink connection. It is very common to upgrade 10G to 40G / 100G / 120G by using MTP cabling system. It is an economical and reliable choice to upgrade 10G network to higher speed Ethernet. At the same time, the uplink connection between different speed devices can also be realized through MTP cabling system, such as 25G-100G, 50G-200G / 400G, 100G-400G, 200G-400G.

MTP trunk jumper

MTP trunk jumper is composed of an optical cable and connectors at both ends, which can be used to connect optical modules to form a complete link. The connector type can be LC, SC, ST, etc., and the multi-core jumper can be converted into simplex or duplex connector. MTP branch jumper can be divided into single mode and multi-mode. The transmission distance can be extended from several meters to longer distance. It is an ideal choice for 10G-40G, 25G-100G and 10G-120G network conversion.

MTP conversion jumper

MTP transfer jumper adopts fan out design like MTP branch jumper, but both ends are connected with MTP connector. The number and type of fiber cores of connectors at both ends are different, which provides a variety of connection possibilities for 24 core wiring system, and can realize a variety of applications, such as 24 core to 2 * 12 core, 24 core to 3 * 8 core, 3 * 8 core to 2 * 12 core, etc.

MTP adapter and MTP adapter panel

MTP adapter is a supplementary product of MTP optical fiber jumper. According to the key direction, there are two kinds: key up and key up and key down. Both types of adapters are suitable for MTP jumper or jumper to device connection, which are very common in trunk wiring and distribution box applications. MTP adapter panel can accommodate more adapters, which is an upgrade structure with security board. MTP optical fiber distribution box is a closed box structure. Generally, there are 12 or 24 optical fibers in it. There are LC or other types of connectors in the front and MTP connectors in the back. The optical fiber of the main cable can be divided into duplex jumpers. With the combination of MTP distribution box and rack, high-density data center infrastructure can be rapidly deployed, and troubleshooting and reconfiguration can be carried out during management.

MTP-LC rack adapter panel

The 96 core pre terminated MTP-LC rack adapter panel can be installed on a 19 inch wide distribution frame, so the 96 core fiber can be directly deployed in a 1U rack without additional equipment. When 10G-40G or 25G-100G connection needs to be deployed, MTP jumper can be used to connect the 40G / 100G switch port to the rear port of the panel, and then duplex LC jumper can be used to connect the 10G / 25G device to the front port of the panel. This MTP-LC rack adapter panel has a detachable cable management panel at the back, which greatly simplifies the management of trunk cables, improves the installation efficiency and optimizes the cable layout.
