1. Cable fixing and grounding
Introduce the optical cable to the fixed plate of the optical cable distribution box.
Cut off the part about 1m from the end of the optical cable, then peel off the outermost sheath of the part about 1.5m from the optical cable, insert the ground wire lug end into the stripping part of the optical cable, and use the film to wrap the part tightly, so as to ensure the reliable contact between the ground wire lug end and the armored steel strip of the optical cable.
Take the metal reinforced core from the cable stripping place about 85mm in length, cut off the rest, place the metal reinforced core on the steel wire fixed base, and tighten the cable with a throat hoop to make the metal reinforced core stable.
Replace the stripped optical cable bundle with PVC protection hose, and then introduce the fusion disc in the take-up area, and fix the PVC protection hose on the fusion disc with a tie.
2. Access and reception of pigtail
Take the 2-meter-long tail fiber, label both ends of the tail fiber, place one end of the tail fiber on the adapter of the 6-port adapter mounting plate and fix it, and lead the other end to the inlet of the fusion disk, and fix the tail fiber on the fusion disk with a tie.
3. Optical fiber fusion
In the process of optical fiber splicing, the rear box cover of the optical fiber distribution box and the fusion disk shall be moved to the outside of the box for completion. The fusion joint shall be protected by the heat shrinkable sleeve, and the fusion joint shall be fixed in the heat shrinkable pipe clamp seat of the optical fiber fusion disk, and the protection cover of the fusion disk on the back cover shall be fixed, then the rear box cover of the optical fiber distribution box shall be fixed on the box, and the optical fiber shall be straightened and fixed.
