Indian media reportedly believe That China has won the $5 trillion war by combining Internet technology with the real economy.

China has started operating tens of thousands of new 5G base stations every week, the newspaper wrote. Even less important is China's claim to world technological dominance, a process on such a scale could activate domestic supply chains and restore it to its place as the world's workshop. According to data, China will have 500,000 5G base stations by the end of this year alone, and overall, 5 million base stations will be built. (It is forecast to reach 600,000-700,000 base stations by the end of this year, with a total of 7.31-9.14 million) for comparison: South Korea is tentatively seen as the leader in 5G usage, with only 115,000 base stations operating in April, accounting for only about 10% of total users. Developing 5G is part of China's new infrastructure plan by 2025. $1.4 trillion has been set aside.

The importance of 5G lies not just in connection speed, but in a new way of using the Internet in principle, including in industry. Intelligent production, which tracks in real time many parameters, from warehouse inventory rates to material consumption to automation of equipment and production lines, is part of the new industrial revolution. It is expected that 40% of 5G's economic returns will come from manufacturing. But even considering the process of building a fifth-generation telecommunications infrastructure, it is clear that this is a complex industrial process involving a large supply chain.

Each base station costs about 500,000 Yuan and includes electronic and radio components, microcircuits, chips and antennas. Companies involved in the process will all be working to consolidate China's position as an industrial power. As demand for sensors, cloud computing and computer control grows, a growing number of previously unknown Chinese companies are emerging. Beijing's new industrial policy will soon make China the parts manufacturer the world needs.
