1. Telecom business revenue increased slightly.
In the first two months of this year, the telecom business revenue reached 224.2 billion Yuan, with a year-on-year growth rate of 1.5% and a year-on-year growth rate of 0.4 percentage points, but an increase of 0.7 percentage points from the end of the previous year. The total volume of telecommunications services calculated at unchanged prices last year reached 225.5 billion Yuan, up 19.7% year-on-year.
（1）Fixed communications business revenue steady growth, mobile communications business revenue decline narrowed.
（2）Data and Internet business revenue share steadily increased.
（3）Fixed value added and other income grew rapidly.
2. Development of telecom users
（1）The development of mobile phone users entered a stable period, 4G users accounted for a small decline. By the end of February, the three basic telecom companies had 1.58 billion mobile phone subscribers, roughly the same as a year earlier. Among them, the scale of 4G users (1.262 billion) accounted for 79.9% of the total mobile phone users, accounting for a 0.2 percentage point decline compared with the end of last year.
（2）The number of fixed broadband access users exceeded 450 million, and the number of gigabit fixed broadband access users continued to expand. By the end of February, there were 420 million FTTH/O users, accounting for 92.9% of the total fixed Internet broadband users. Broadband users continued to migrate to higher rates, with 384 million fixed Internet broadband users with access rates of 100Mbps or above, accounting for 85% of the total. The number of fixed Internet broadband users with access rates of more than 1000M has reached 1.97 million.
（3）The user scale of the cellular Internet of things has exceeded 1 billion, and the user scale of IPTV has been steadily expanded. By the end of February, the three basic telecommunications companies had developed 1.04 billion end users of the cellular Internet of things, a net increase of 15.54 million over the end of last year. The number of mobile Internet users is 1.26 billion, and the penetration rate of mobile phone users is 79.9%. IPTV (network TV) has 297 million users, up 11.2% from the same period last year.
