Even if security problems caused by 5G can be solved from different aspects, in order to better benefit the world with 5G technology, all parties should adhere to the concept of cooperation and mutual trust, accelerate the formulation of international standards for 5G security, establish an evaluation and certification system of mutual trust and mutual recognition, strengthen industrial upstream and downstream cooperation, and enhance global confidence in 5G security development.
1. Strengthen openness, cooperation and mutual trust to jointly respond to 5G security risks.

4. Strengthen upstream and downstream cooperation in the industrial chain to boost confidence in 5G security
We will strengthen collaboration and innovation in the global mobile communications industry chain, actively build a global platform for industrial application cooperation and innovation, increase cooperation on global innovation research in key components and core algorithms, and promote demonstration cooperation and practical experience sharing of diversified applications in 5G networks. We will encourage diversified global procurement strategies, promote efficient and reasonable global allocation and division of labor of the industrial chain, promote the interconnection of the supply chains of mobile communications, and gradually connect various production factors of the upstream and downstream supply chains in all regions of the world.
