General Description
HTF' HTXF-S3196Tx XFP transceiver is designed for use in 10-Gigabit Ethernet links up to 2km over single mode fiber. The module consists of 1310 FP Laser, PIN and Preamplifier in a high-integrated optical sub-assembly. Digital diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified in XFP MSA.

XFI
The XFI electrical interface specification is a 10 gigabit per second chip-to-chip electrical interface specification defined as part of the XFP multi-source agreement. It was also developed by the XFP MSA group. XFI is sometimes pronounced as "X" "F" "I" and other times as "ziffie".
XFI provides a single lane running at 10.3125Gbit/s when using a 64B/66B encoding scheme. A serializer/deserializer is often used to convert between XFI and a wider interface such as XAUI that has four lanes running at 3.125Gbit/s using 8B/10B encoding.

Answer: No, the difference between 1000Base-T and 10/100/1000Base-T is that the rate of 1000Base-T locks at 1000 Mbps but the 10/100/1000Base-T with the function of auto-negotiation. Auto-negotiation allows devices to perform automatic configuration to achieve the best possible mode of operation over a link so the 10/100/1000Base-T can operate on 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps, and 1000 Mbps.
